The villa has a very nice garden and also is well enclosed with fencing for privacy and is accessed by gates into the driveway which then leads to the front of the villa. A covered outside terrace opens off the lounge to the garden and private swimming pool which has a separate shallow area for children and a waterfall feature.
Villa has air conditions throughout and central heating with radiators, based on gas boiler, so it’s very comfortable during the whole year.
The ground floor of Villa is a large open plan area comprising lounge, dining area and modern fully equipped kitchen as well as a bedroom and adjacent shower room. The kitchen is very modern in its design with granite worktops and tiled splashbacks, stainless steel hood and state of the art electric hob. It is well equipped with appliances including a washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Between the kitchen and lounge, there is a dining area with large table. The dining area has a door opening out to the outside terrace area and private pool.
The terrace is furnished with an outside table. From the lounge, sliding doors open out onto a covered terrace which has shade in the mornings.
On the ground floor is a bedroom with a big adjacent shower and a small utility room.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super-king-sized bed and en-suite shower-room with doors leading out to the balcony with views across the fields to the sea at Agios Georgious in one direction and across the landscaped gardens, the private pool and to the nearby Akamas Nature reserve in the other.
There are two further bedrooms. Both are bright, airy rooms with wardrobes. A family bathroom and a shower room complete the upstairs areas.
The twin room and further double room with nice views share two further bathrooms. One with shower and curved cubicle and the other with bath and shower over. Both bathrooms are very big size.
Agios Georgios is at the southern edge of the Akamas Pensinsula, a protected natural park with some of Cyprus’ finest scenery and deserted beaches.
It’s a great base to explore the Cypriot countryside, which is about 20km to Paphos and about 5km to the Akamas.
In 600 meters from our complex you could see a great collection of beautiful attractions. The historical Church of St. George gave a name to this area. You will find a lot of caves, where Monks used to speak with God.
There is a small harbor where you can watch the fishing boats and a nice sand beach with sun beds and comfortable enter to the sea.
Nice island in front of the harbor makes this place unique and fantastic.
