Lower part of the project consists of eight detached villas, each with private swimming pool ( optional). On the ground floor you will find a spacious living area and open plan kitchen/dining zone. There is also a guest WC. Upstairs there are three spacious double bedrooms, family bathroom and en-suite shower in the master bedroom. Additionally there is a lower level, which can be designed according the client’s needs (as a guest area, hobby room, office etc.)- optional extra.
