Residential complex. Renovation project

. The residential development is about the renovation of 10 existing houses and is located in Emba, one of the largest villages in Paphos district. The development consists of 10 two storey houses with shared swimming pool and shared parking space. The10 houses are divided into 3 three-bedroom houses and 7 two-bedroom houses, having all of the bedrooms as en-suite rooms. All of the houses include covered verandas on both the ground and the first floor. The renovation was focusing on providing a fresh touch on the existing houses, enlarging the openings and creating an intriguing and interesting game in the bedrooms’ balconies.
