Apart from the few apartments, homes in Tala fall into two broad types.
Detached houses and villas
Most villas for sale in Tala are family homes with three or more bedrooms, often with a pool and views over the coast.
Bungalows and smaller houses
These need less upkeep, which matters for a holiday home or for retirement.
New build or resale? Across these types you will find new builds, some sold off-plan, as well as resales. A new build has modern fittings but is usually priced plus VAT (see costs and VAT below). A resale often has an established garden and is usually ready to move into.

The ranges are wide because the houses differ a great deal: sea or coast views, a pool, plot size, age and condition, new build or resale, and the exact position on the hillside all affect the price of a house in Tala. Distance to the village square can play a part too.
